i forgot to post this picture. This is Oscar, I call him Oscar Wilde ;) He belongs to the Cromwells.

gym time unfortunately was cut short by the pain that wouldn't go away in my left foot and leg. I couldn't last ten minutes on the elliptical and had to leave because the pain was too much. I ended up crying in the car. I've been so frustrated with my weight loss and getting fit and adding being in pain on top of that just broke me.

Yes it was like any other Super Walmart...the aisles were huge and the selection decent although I didn't find what I was looking for. Big surprise only a few registers open with long lines. If only there was a Super Target...

Tomorrow morning (Tuesday, July 21, 2009) from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., you can stop by any Tim Hortons to get a free Blueberry Glazed or Blueberry Bloom Donut. More details here. I think I am actually willing to get up early for that... :)I had a long day at work. The internet and printers were not working and I had to sit in an empty cubicle part of the day to make calls because my phone wasn't working at my desk. I am really hoping it will be all fixed tomorrow.
