Tonight I did something different and ventured out on my own and went to an event by myself. I knew some people from Twitter were going but no one I am really close to. I asked a bunch of people to go but no one was free so I went on my own. GreenDrinks is a way to get people together to network and talk about the environment although to me it seemed more like a happy hour with free drinks but it was nice to meet some new people.

This is the book I'm reading for the month of August. I need to post the other books I read, like finishing the Twilight series. This book is from the point of view of Mr Darcy. :) I've been interested in Pride and Prejudice since reading Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. Yes I realize the subject matter does differ. ;)

Sunset Cruise

Last night I ended up in Portland on the sunset cruise. I had dinner with Martha, Chris and Jessica and we met up with Bryan and Ashley at the Casco Bay Lines Ferry. The cruise was a lot of fun taking us around Casco Bay with stops to the islands like Peaks Island and Cliff Island. It was really nice to be out on the ocean.
