*told my haircut looks great
*got my picture taken
*ran into a friend I hadn't seen in a while
*spoke to people instead of staying glued to the wall
*was happy to see Jess and Chad and Cullen :)
*got asked for my email address to join the mailing list for Bangor GreenDrinks
*scored another pint glass
*realized I am starting to know a lot of local people
*may have agreed to run a 5k this summer...

Bangor City Forest
I went for a walk/run today. The main road is snow free now and only muddy in small areas. I'm a little worried because my hip started to hurt after a few minutes of running. I tried to not get upset and tried to think that my goal of running a 5k is still doable. Maybe its just a temporary thing until I get stronger. I think tomorrow I will bring my bike out for a ride.

I had coffee this morning with Martha at Bard Coffee on Middle Street in Portland. If you are ever in Portland, you need to check out Bard Coffee. They make yummy drinks that are also very pretty :)

Staining Project Completed!
I had purchased some polyurethane to complete my staining project and took the time on Sunday to complete it. I had a very curious 5 year old watching what I was doing while I did two coats of the polyurethane.

Verve Burritos, Orono, ME
For lunch I stopped by Verve Burritos. I love the food there and they have a great house blend iced coffee too!

I took the long loop around and the snow was deeper than I thought...I was outside for over an hour and half. Such a workout!
