Day 56 - Something Different

Today my friend Jenny gave me a scarf that she made herself. Its my favorite color! :) I thought it was very thoughtful of her and the highlight of my day. Wish I could return the favor, but I have not mastered knitting.

Day 57 - Something Different

Tonight I went to the movies with friends that I've actually never been to the movies with. We saw the Immortals in 3D. It was no 300, but it was a decent movie although I don't understand why they bothered showing it in 3D.

Day 58 - Something Different

Today I sat in a new spot at work. Our whole building is being renovated and we got brand new desks. It took a little while to make myself at home but I do like my new spot very much. I can see all of my teammates and people walking by. 

Day 59 - Something Different

Most people know I am a coffee fan. It may be surprising to know that I never get the Trenta size (31oz) at Starbucks. I usually go with the Venti size (20oz). My sister mentioned about getting the Trenta size today so I decided to go ex-large today.

Day 60 - Something Different

I decided to do something fun while I anticipate my birthday and 2012. I am going to try to do something different each day. Not sure if I will succeed, but I will try.
Tonight I attended GreenDrinks in Bangor and I got to see owls. Yes, owls, up close. There were 3 owls at the event and they were so cute, especially the mini one. Its not every day I get to see owls so that was something different for me.

There were a lot of kids at Greendrinks to see the owls.

I grabbed lunch at Verve today. I love the burrito bowl. I ran into my friend Josh. I made Heather laugh when I asked for just two jalapeños. She said there is a guy that gets the burrito and asks for one jalapeño where she puts in different spots in the burrito so its a mystery for him. :)

The little pumpkin is missing from inside the big pumpkin! Stupid squirrels stole it!

Tonight I had a movie marathon with friends. We watched Hocus Pocus, Halloween, Freddy vs Jason, and Zombie. Jenny was a lady bug, I was a ninja, Nick dressed as Frye from Futurama (he looks just like him) and Derek dressed as House, even had a cane. Corey didn't wear a costume but he joined in and watched the movies with us.
