Day 31 - Something Different
Simply, if I have four cups of coffee, real coffee, then I talk really fast and I am hard to understand which is what happened today when I got to work and my coworkers stared at me like I was a crazy person...please keep coffee away from me...

Day 32 - Something Different
I like collecting things, especially coins. I was pretty excited to find the blue books to collect coins at Goodwill. I had been wanting to collect pennies for a while and was happy to have something to put them in. I was all excited because I found in my collection a 1943 steel penny and an Indian-Eagle penny from 1904. I may start asking people for pennies...I would love one minted in San Francisco, never seen one from there before.

Wow...I think that's a first that my fortune actually sounds true. I caved and got chinese food today with my coworker which it was so much food it will easily be two meals. Hoping for good news by the end of the week. I hate waiting....

Day 34 - Something Different
Today my grandmother showed up at the house with lobster rolls. Yummy!
I don't think I've ever had a lobster roll in December.

Last night I went and saw The Muppets with my friend Martha. I have to admit it was great and made me laugh a lot. I think every child should know who the Muppets are. :)
Day 35 - Something Different
I had fun on Saturday spending time with my mother and sister. I got to pet an alpaca, something I have never had a chance to do before. :) They had alpacas at Estabrook's in Yarmouth as part of Christmas with Alpacas celebration hosted by Abbott Farm Alpacas and SuriPaco.There were the local vendors selling items made from alpaca fur.

Day 37 - Something Different
Today at the Social Media Breakfast I finally got to try chocolate from Chocolatier Blue that is based in Camden, ME. The caramel and the peanut butter & jelly chocolates were very yummy! It was fun to see friends and listen to the great speakers Maggi from Magpie Creative & Chocolatier Blue and Kristen from Maine Maven.

Day 38 - Something Different
I ran around doing errands all day and then went to work. Something I realized today is that I don't mind going to work. I actually laugh a lot while at work which included a funny team meeting today. Our boss was running late to the meeting so one of my coworkers made her directions to find us. (We were just around the corner) Sure there are frustrations but overall I can say I like my job and would like to advance at the company.
PS - I realize I haven't really been doing very different stuff every day but every day I reflect on the day. If you actually thought about what you do every day, do you stick with a routine? I have been busy with school and work, etc so I have been distracted. Hopefully next week I can share some news to explain further why I've been so distracted.

Day 39 - Something Different
I would like to point out that something different from normal routine was the fact that I didn't go out for lunch or dinner today. I've been trying to save money and that was the first thing I cut from the budget. It hasn't been easy and that is why you haven't seen any Giacomo posts although I really miss going. I may cave and go once a week. I realized I was spending a lot of money going out to eat and thought it would be better to eat what I have at home and empty the pantry.
Day 40 - Something Different
Monday was kind of blah for me. Nothing exciting happened. I worked on some stock piling, won't need to buy Q-tips or toilet paper for a while. I didn't do my homework although tonight I will try to start it. Its my final week before break for over a month!

Day 41 - Something Different
Today I watched C-Span...something I never do. I was trying to find the football game and couldn't find it so I watched this. It was interesting to hear Hugh Grant talk about being a phone-hacking victim.
