It's Bonus Day at work. At VZW we get a bonus based on how we did last year.

Today at work Erika brought in her puppy Maui for a visit. Isn't she cute? Now I want a puppy of my own. :)

I found this note on my desk this morning at work. :) Cooper is the son of my old roommate.

Tonight I went to GreenDrinks. It was fun to see friends, drink some local beer and eat chocolate and cupcakes. That's me in the photograph chatting with my friend Thom. My friend Justin took the photograph. Today was a good day. I found a Valentine's Day card on my car from one of my good friends and my coworker bought me lunch.

I used my juicer tonight. I used blood oranges and apples to make this yummy juice. :)

I painted my bedroom a blue called Saltwater. I love it, very calming. Gizmo approves.

Before - the bottom step of my basement stairs was a rock...not very safe

My friend Corey offered to help fix my stairs

After - so much better! Eventually I will need to replace them but for now big improvement!

I refinished the dining room table my sister found at the Yarmouth dump. I'm happy with how it turned out. Now I just need to find chairs.

Shamrock Shake #1

Shamrock Shakes are early this year. I heard there was a sighting I decided to check out the McDonalds closest to me. Joy! They had my favorite green minty shake. This time of year is when I tend to go overboard when it comes to green and mint. The reason I love the shake besides the obvious reasons is that it reminds me of my childhood when my Dad would take us to get a Shamrock Shake every St Patricks Day. :)

I'm wearing my favorite scarf today. One time I left it at the bowling alley and drove through a snow storm to get it back. I think I'll be a little sad when it's not scarf weather anymore.

Before and After

I love collecting seashells by the seashore.

I started painting the bedroom upstairs. Happy so far with the color. It's called Buckwheat and I used it in the bathroom downstairs. It's a nice neutral color.

Last night I got to watch the Super Bowl at the SeaDog with my friend Jenny. Before we went over I met her new pet, a gecko. He was cute although I still prefer dogs.
