Snack time.

I finally framed the Starbucks sleeves I collected while in Seattle. I was only there for three days and I visited 9 Starbucks which included the first Starbucks. I love collecting things from my trips. I will try to frame more that I've collected over the years. 

I am finally putting this in a proper frame. I found this post-it years ago mixed in with my things. I don't know when my cousin had written on it, but I treasure it. She passed away almost 13 years ago and I miss her terribly. 

I'm trying out the stacked salad for lunch tomorrow. I am trying to improve my eating habits since I've been eating badly due to the stress with the new house.

New blinds. Yay! You can't really tell from the picture but I replaced the blinds in my bedroom and the living room. Its such a difference. I decided to save myself the labor of cleaning them since they were in rough shape when I took a closer look at them. I found a decent price at Walmart for them and learned that you measure the width of the window, not of the existing blinds. I'm learning new things every day.

I got to do some demo tonight taking apart the trim around the brick that is the base for my pellet stove. I will be adding more brick around it.

Late lunch

It's Bonus Day at work. At VZW we get a bonus based on how we did last year.

My coworker bought me lunch from Giacomo's. Mmmm

Today at work Erika brought in her puppy Maui for a visit. Isn't she cute? Now I want a puppy of my own. :)

Tonight I went to GreenDrinks. It was fun to see friends, drink some local beer and eat chocolate and cupcakes. That's me in the photograph chatting with my friend Thom. My friend Justin took the photograph. Today was a good day. I found a Valentine's Day card on my car from one of my good friends and my coworker bought me lunch.

I used my juicer tonight. I used blood oranges and apples to make this yummy juice. :)

I painted my bedroom a blue called Saltwater. I love it, very calming. Gizmo approves.
