Week Five
Monday - went to the gym
Tuesday - went to the gym
Wednesday - took the night off, wasn't feeling well
Thursday - went to the gym, did some cardio and went home. I don't know why but all this week I have been feeling run down. :(
Friday - have to pack!

had to have...Starbucks just put these double insulated BPA FREE plastic replica of their ice drink cups :)

I got to hold baby Cosmo earlier...nothing better than holding a baby even for a few minutes :)

Week Four
Monday - took another long walk perhaps 2 miles in the City Forest
Tuesday - took a short walk
Wednesday - 2 mile walk in the City Forest
Thursday - went to the gym
Friday - went to the gym
Weekend - I really didn't do much for exercise, decided to take it easy while home

Today....
Recess outside...badminton...great weather...fresh popcorn....blue cotton candy...bags of candy...am I really at work?

I want to go to Paris...I don't care if its gets stormy there like it does here...who wouldn't want to see storm clouds descending upon the Seine. I've been reading little brown pen, a great blog that shows glimpses into life in Paris.

Week Four

Tuesday - went for a walk to find part of a multi cache with Corey and Cooper and then hung out with the Mastersons. no gym tonight although I will definately go tomorrow.

hoping Wesley is doing okay...seems like all of the babies that were born recently have caught something that has required a trip to the ER... :(
