after getting over a horrible cold and finally the snow is gone, I was able to get into a fitness routine...
Week One - attended gym (aka cardio & strength training) Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Week Two - attended gym Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
Week Three - hiked Mt Waldo Sunday, went for 1 mile walk in City Forest on Monday to get a light workout, attended gym on Tuesday (cardio 30 minutes & strength training)
so far trying to get into a routine is going well. it has helped that two of my good friends have been going to the gym as well. :)I haven't really noticed any weight loss, but I have been feeling better despite allergies
