Lunch at Biscuits & Company in Biddeford, ME. 

I think I'm going to try to eat local at least once a week. Grabbed themainah sandwich from Saco Island Deli and it was delicious. Why haven't I been there before?

 

I cooked dinner tonight. It's Amish One-Pan Ground Beef and Cabbage Skillet served over rice. Mmmm was yummy.

Today I had breakfast at the Palace Diner. Ever since I was a kid I wanted to check this place out. Now it's open with new owners and the food is delicious. I tried the deluxe sandwich and it was yummy. 

I had been craving soft serve twist with sprinkles for a while. I got it at the Dairy Corner in Scarborough, ME. I will have to come back to try the maple soft serve. 

Tonight I made lemon pizza. It was surprisingly tasty. 

Breakfast was waiting for me when I got home from working overtime. :)

Made apple slices dipped in pancake batter. Mmmm good use of an apple. 

I tried baking an egg in avocado. It was very tasty.

So I have a problem....I love pizza....and today I tried the Meatball pizza from Amato's, very good.

Meatball is my favorite topping.
