Made it to the gym tonight. It had been awhile since I had been and I was surprised how well I did. Wait and see though how sore I am tomorrow. I was able to do some strength training and 25 minutes of cardio with no trouble. Doubt I will be able to make it later this week because I will be working some overtime. Small steps to my goal. :)
