I finally got a Kudos at work. I was on the phone with the woman for 45 minutes trying to fix her account. It felt nice to be told I did a good job...although I am still feeling unsure about my job, but at least it pays the bills...

Miriam wanted to be sure we recognized Wendy Smith for the excellent customer service she provided her. She said Wendy knows what she is doing and she deserves 5 stars! She went on to say that we have an excellent representative working for us and wanted me to know how much she appreciates Wendy! We appreciate Wendy, too!
