Lunch....failure...went to Burger King. I had a serious craving for chicken and I guess its okay since I only had a piece of toast with pb and almonds for breakfast and have been snacking on pretzels all morning. I am going to try to have a light supper then. I added a slice of cheddar cheese at home instead of paying extra and atleast I know its real cheese. I've been a little frustrated with my weight, but I think if I keep on going where I don't go out for breakfast and eat those fattening breakfast sandwiches I think I will see results soon.

  1. You look great Wendy. But you are right cutting out fast food will do it for you! So many calories in that food! It's okay once in a while.
