Have you ever been inside of a lighthouse? One special day a year people get to go inside a lighthouse and Saturday was that day. Did you get to take part in Maine Open Lighthouse Day? I went to visit the Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse located on Mount Desert Island, Maine. It was cool to go inside and see the view of the ocean from up high.

ReplyDeleteYes they were because they were only allowing 6 people at a time up there. I made the cut off right before 3pm before they closed and i got there before 2pm. Next year I will get to one early.
