I decided to start going to the gym again. Well my boyfriend decided he was goong to start going and convinced me to go with him. I've gained weight and haven't been happy about it because I don't like getting tired easily and clothes not fitting.
I decided to try this running plan to ease myself into it. My hip started to hurt after running so I'm going to pace myself to avoid further injury. I really want to become fit to enjoy things like hiking and taking part in a 5k.
