So after waiting 3 hours at Walk in Care, because my own doctor was booked solid today, the doctor announced that I have the flu although she couldn't verify if it was H1N1 but that its very common now in Bangor. What I need to do is get plenty of rest and drink lots of fluids....and stay at least six feet away from people....not that I am really contagious but that its a good idea to keep my distance. It wasn't fun wearing a mask for three hours and waiting and waiting and then hearing my name called so I could wait in a smaller room....
