Omg.....found it. been looking for this one for months...Corey and I went looking for this one this morning and gave up. When we got home got a hint and I went off on my own to have another look and was very amazed that I found it.
Here's the description of the cache which is why its not easy to find...Its called Dyslexic's Nightmare
This cache is hidden in the Bangor City Forest off Stillwater Ave. It may take some time to actually find it.

Parking is located at the following coordinates: N44 51.768, W068 43.711. The cache “Maine Hop in the Bangor City Forest” (GCGT94) has a PDF map you can download for help with the trails. The cache is designed to give you a feel of what it’s like to be learning disabled. Many times successful dyslexic people can understand a problem and envision multiple solutions. They also realize that there is only one correct answer. They overcome their dyslexia by working on all the possibilities to achieve what other people see as the only result. The final three digits on the coordinates are correct but not in the right order. For example: .789 can also be .798, .879, .978, etc. The correct combination for both latitude and longitude will identify the cache location. The rest are incorrect locations. You must calculate all the possible coordinates, and then search at each location. GPS receivers that do not use the WAAS averaging system will have a much harder time finding this cache. The cache is placed to be out of sight of the trails, but should be obvious if you can visually see each point. It is not hidden under anything, but simply in the open when you are at the correct point. It is an ammo box with the usual trading items.
